Pilates Rehabilitation

Pilates rehabilitation can be done safely and effectively with the appropriate guidance and supervision on an individual basis. The Pilates Reformer provides a supportive environment which is ideal for neuro-muscular re-education, postural re-education, therapeutic exercise, stretching and strengthening. Beginning exercises are done lying down, with light to moderate resistance and relatively few repetitions. Since the reformer gives you support and assistance, making it the perfect rehabilitation tool if you have injuries, chronic pain, or are significantly out of shape or overweight.

Pilates Conditioning

Pilates conditioning provides a seamless progression from rehabilitation to general strengthening with more challenging exercises in a variety of different spatial orientations using the Pilates Reformer, Trap Table, and small apparatus. These semi-private classes are designed to help you prevent further injuries, decrease back, neck, joint and muscle pain.
